As a licensed master social worker born and raised in Northern Michigan, I'm passionate about empowering individuals to achieve whole-body healing.

 

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, but I work with a wide range of diagnoses. My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, recognizing that mental well-being is intricately linked to physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I believe that nature, nutrition, and self-care are essential components of the healing process.​​ I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care that honors each individual's unique journey.

 

Outside of my practice, you can find me at the gym, curled up with a good book, or spending time with my husband, dog and cat. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path toward healing, growth, and wellness.
